Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Operations Coordinator for our on-site location in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves overseeing day-to-day construction operations, coordinating schedules and logistics, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining clear communication between teams and clients. The Construction Operations Coordinator will also provide administrative support, manage documentation, and address customer service inquiries to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, documentation, and project oversight
- Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Proficient Customer Service skills to ensure client needs and inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing workflow processes
- Experience in construction or related fields is a plus
