This role involves preparing and arranging floral displays and bouquets, maintaining the quality of floral products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and gifts that meet their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and arrange floral displays and bouquets with creativity and precision.
- Care for and maintain floral products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Manage customer orders, special requests, and custom arrangements efficiently.
- Package flowers and gifts with care to ensure safe transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral department.
- Conduct inventory management to ensure the availability of products.
- Provide care advice and product knowledge to customers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in handling floral products and equipment.
