Production Operator: Juda, Wisconsin
Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Operators to work full-time on PM Shift. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting whey-side production by operating equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Production Operator:
- Set up, monitor, and operate production equipment on the whey side of the facility.
- Perform testing, inspecting, and quality checks throughout the production process.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Accurately record production data and provide feedback to leadership.
- Assist with training programs and support team members as needed.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. and perform physical job duties.
- Ability to work in a humid environment with exposure to extreme cold and extreme heat.
- Ability to climb, stand, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
Pay for Production Operator: $21.25/hour plus applicable shift differentials.
