Marketing Coordinator: Beloit, Wisconsin
Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Marketing Coordinator to work full-time on 1st shift. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day marketing efforts by creating content, maintaining digital platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to support sales and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms including images, videos, and written copy.
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and maintain CRM data, prepare reports, and assist with routing and responding to incoming leads.
- Develop and update marketing materials such as spec sheets, sales flyers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support marketing needs and objectives.
- Assist with planning and execution of tradeshows and marketing events, including occasional travel.
- Maintain marketing databases, competitor information, and internal marketing libraries.
- Support daily operations of the webstore, including updates and reporting.
- Assist with research projects, reporting, and administrative marketing tasks as needed.
Marketing Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and creating digital content.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding marketing concepts, terminology, and best practices.
- Associate’s degree or at least three years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Pay for Marketing Coordinator: $17.00–$20.00/hour.
