As an Oven Room Scrapping / Cleaning Associate, you will help maintain quality and cleanliness in the production process by preparing, cleaning, and handling electrical components used in manufacturing.

As an Oven Room Scrapping / Cleaning Associate, you will help maintain quality and cleanliness in the production process by preparing, cleaning, and handling electrical components used in manufacturing.
Responsibilities of the Oven Room Scrapping / Cleaning Associate:
- Prepare and process discarded or excess materials from production to ensure smooth operations.
- Scrape, clean, and refine transformer cores, coils, housings, and related components to maintain product quality.
- Remove residue and contaminants efficiently while upholding high standards of workmanship.
- Inspect parts before and after cleaning to catch defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Use cleaning tools, solvents, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in getting components ready for assembly, finishing, or testing processes.
- Maintain organized, labeled work areas to support a streamlined production flow.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols to guarantee precision and safety.
Oven Room Scrapping / Cleaning Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience using power and hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints; welding experience a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a hot, fast-paced environment.
Pay for the Oven Room Scrapping / Cleaning Associate: $19.00/hour
Oven Room Scrapping / Cleaning Associate Benefits:

Type: Full-time, 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, flexible hours (6:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:30 PM) and Fridays for 4 hours (6:00am-10:00am or 7:00am-3:30pm).
