Forklift Operator: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin
Our customer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Forklift Operators to work full-time on 3rd shift. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate powered industrial trucks to safely move materials, load/unload shipments, and support production and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries and stack goods in the correct storage areas.
- Follow production schedules and inventory instructions to provide materials to machines.
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance per OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify products for quality standards before storage or production use.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.
- Assist with removing machine attachments, waste, or other materials as needed.
- Use RF scanners or other tracking devices as required.
Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have own transportation.
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Clean driving record and valid state driver’s license may be required.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Pay for Forklift Operator: $21/hour.
