Assembler: Freeport, Illinois
Our customer in Freeport, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Assemblers to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for kit assembly, part inspection, and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- Perform kit assembly.
- Check parts for visual defects.
- Check part diameter using air gages.
- Count parts accurately.
- Perform sorting or other tasks related to containment of defective parts.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the shift.
Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read instructions and keep accurate records.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Pay for Assembler: $18/hour.
