We are seeking driven, client-focused Personal Injury Attorneys to join our growing legal team. You'll represent injured clients and their families, helping them recover the compensation they deserve.
What You'll Do
Provide strategic legal representation in personal injury cases involving negligence or workplace accidents.
Serve as a primary legal advisor to clients — explaining rights, options, and outcomes.
Develop strong relationships with clients, physicians, experts, and referral sources.
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Assess case strength and value through investigation and evaluation of medical and legal facts.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and civil proceedings.
Lead and collaborate with legal support staff on case strategy and execution.
Stay current on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law affecting personal injury practice.

What You Bring
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or Kentucky (multi-state licensure a plus)
Minimum 3 years of legal practice (personal injury experience preferred)
Trial experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a high-volume case load
Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and litigation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy and justice
Confidence working independently and collaboratively with support staff
Comfortable with legal tech (Microsoft Office, Litify, or similar platforms)
Bonus Skills
Experience building client pipelines and referral networks
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus)
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Trial experience
Willingness to travel to client homes, hospitals, or incident scenes.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
