Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (possibly remote/hybrid options for right person) role for an Attorney at Denham Property and Injury Law Firm located in Lexington, KY. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The Attorney will handle cases related to property loss and personal injury, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality legal support.
Qualifications
- Licensed in KY and preferably also Tennessee
- Strong capabilities in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Proficiency in Negotiation and client representation processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Kentucky Bar Association
- Experience in property and personal injury law is preferred
