We are looking for an Account Manager that would oversee the Mississippi territory and be responsible for growing our customer and manufacture base, generating revenue and building meaningful working partnerships. Our Account Managers work closely with our Inside Sales team to provide world-class customer service and value for which the Hugh M. Cunningham Companies are known. Mustlive in the general vicinity of Jackson, Tupelo or Northern MS.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships, understanding their needs and acting as their primary point of contact.
- Drive revenue and growth by managing by managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to deliver seamless client experience.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities from prospective customers.
- Display and demonstrate products and their features.
- Identify, resolve and follow up with customer concerns.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
- Serve as a knowledgeable research partner and provide expertise to customers.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
