The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to our U.S. leadership team. This role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the U.S. business and play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy and driving disciplined growth.

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a build environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can translate financial insights into business decisions.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
  • Analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, and communicate key drivers to leadership
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D, and G&A to support revenue planning, expense management, and headcount planning
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams on field performance, customer analytics, and distribution planning
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to improve financial visibility, accountability, and decision-making
  • Support implementation and optimization of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes
  • Partner with Accounting (including Korea HQ) to ensure alignment between actuals, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely collections
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment



What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 8 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, forecasting, and business partnering
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations; life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with planning/reporting tools preferred
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Prior people management or mentoring experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or global environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a hands-on, ownership mindset



Compensation

The most likely base pay range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Hugel Aesthetics. The total compensation could include bonuses or sales incentives.

Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
