The Manager, Medical Education & Training sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and commercial execution serving as the operational and developmental backbone of Hugel's independent injection trainer network. This is a clinically credentialed role for someone who understands the aesthetics space, thrives in complexity, and takes genuine ownership of quality and performance across a distributed network.

Trainer Network Operations
Required
The most likely base pay range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Hugel Aesthetics. The total compensation could include bonuses or sales incentives.

What You’ll Do
Trainer Network Operations
- Serve as the operational backbone of Hugel's injection trainer network, managing end-to-end logistics for training events, maintaining a master training calendar, and coordinating across practices, facilities, and independent contractor (1099) trainers
- Schedule and deploy trainers across territories; manage pre- and post-training communications with practices
- Conduct trainings for accounts directly when needed
- Maintain a centralized database of trainer credentials, licenses (RN, NP, PA, MD), malpractice insurance, and contract status with proactive renewal tracking and compliance enforcement
- Execute and manage 1099 contractor agreements, including amendments and annual renewals
- Validate and process trainer invoices and expense reports; flag anomalies and maintain audit-ready records
- Own the quality and clinical currency of the trainer network through structured development programs and ongoing performance oversight
- Coordinate and facilitate train-the-trainer programs covering injection techniques, patient safety, off-label protocols, and compliance
- Track CE completion and communicate product updates, safety alerts, and protocol changes across the network
- Monitor trainer performance metrics (satisfaction scores, feedback, compliance); manage corrective action plans as needed
- Conduct periodic competency assessments and facilitate peer learning initiatives
- Drive strategic growth of the trainer network through disciplined recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain protocols for identifying, vetting, and onboarding new injection trainers
- Execute structured evaluation processes including interviews, credential verification, practical skills assessments, and cultural fit evaluation
- Present candidate recommendations to the hiring committee; manage onboarding and conduct exit interviews for departing trainers
Required
- Clinical licensure or advanced degree (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent); aesthetics or dermatology background strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of 1099 contractor management, credentialing, and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across a distributed network
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with HCPs, trainers, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in medical aesthetics, specialty pharma, or a similarly regulated commercial environment
- Experience designing or facilitating clinical education or train-the-trainer programs
- Familiarity with injection training logistics in an aesthetics or dermatology context
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Clinically grounded with strong operational and execution discipline
- Highly organized, able to manage complexity and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Collaborative and cross-functional in approach; builds trust with both clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Ownership mentality with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in an early-stage environment
