JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Genesis of Plano, we believe luxury extends beyond the vehicle—it is defined by the experience. We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Concierge to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience within our service department.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and takes pride in providing elevated service through attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care. The Concierge position is a highly visible, guest-facing role focused on anticipating needs, communicating effectively, and ensuring each interaction reflects the premium standards of the Genesis brand. This is not a traditional receptionist or administrative role, but rather an active position dedicated to enhancing the overall guest experience.

Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, concierge services, luxury hotels, high-end retail, private clubs, or automotive guest experience are strongly encouraged to apply. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Welcome every service guest with warmth, professionalism, and urgency
• Set the tone for a premium Genesis experience from arrival to departure
• Assist with guest hospitality and ensure guests feel acknowledged, valued, and cared for throughout their visit
• Support service drive operations through guest communication, phone handling, and service coordination
• Help facilitate valet flow and guest arrival/departure needs
• Assist with cashiering and final guest interactions to ensure a smooth and polished experience
• Partner closely with service advisors, valet teammates, and leadership to support an efficient and elevated guest experience
• Act as a customer advocate by responding quickly to guest needs, concerns, and requests
• Maintain a professional presence and high attention to detail in all guest-facing interactions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong passion for customer experience and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain polished and professional under pressure
• A sense of urgency and a genuine desire to help guests
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple areas of the operation
• Confidence handling guest interactions in person and over the phone
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure, organization, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand
• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge service, premium retail, or dealership operations is a major plus
• Previous exposure to high-end service standards, such as luxury hotels or premium guest experience environments, is strongly preferred
• Schedule varies during our weekday hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, plus Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
