Property Management Company seeks property manager for full-time position (40 hrs per week) for an apartment complex located in Rogersville, TN.
The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions. This position also cleans units as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment.
- Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit or rural development property preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Thursday (8am -5pm)
- $18.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
- $35 monthly travel stipend.
- $15 monthly cellphone stipend.
- Position is eligible for paid time off (after 60 days of employment) and paid holidays.
- Uniform shirts provided.
