What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) position at Huff Management Co., Inc.?
Maintenance Technician (Part-Time: 28 hrs per week) needed for two apartment complexes one located in Ferriday and one located in Vidalia, LA.
**This position does offer a rent-free apartment at the Vidalia location. No pets allowed.**
Requirements:
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools (basics), have reliable transportation, and valid driver's license.
- Work schedule is Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 3:30pm daily). Off on Fridays.
- Required to handle emergency calls on 24/7 basis.
Pay and Benefits:
- $18.00 per hour.
- Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays offered.
- Due to part-time status, position is not eligible for insurance benefits.
