What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Huff Management Co., Inc.?
Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex located in Rogersville, TN.
The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- $18.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
- $100 monthly fuel/cellphone reimbursement is provided.
- Position is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
