About the Role
We’re seeking a Selling CSR / Account Manager who is equal parts relationship-builder and growth-driver. In this role, you’ll:
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients (policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations).
- Proactively round out accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling additional lines.

Develop accounts by building long-term relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
- Drive growth activities like asking for referrals, reaching out to past clients, and introducing new solutions.
- Partner with the team to hit both individual KPIs and agency growth goals.

Requirements
- 2 years insurance agency experience preferred (but strong sales or customer service background considered).
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Proven track record of meeting sales or performance goals.
- Comfort with CRM/agency management systems and digital tools.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
