Were seeking a Selling CSR / Account Manager who is equal parts relationship-builder and growth-driver. In this role, youll:
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients (policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations).
- Proactively round out accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling additional lines.
- Develop accounts by building long-term relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
- Drive growth activities like asking for referrals, reaching out to past clients, and introducing new solutions.
- Partner with the team to hit both individual KPIs and agency growth goals.
