Construction Salesperson

Commercial Construction Sales / Business Development

We are a growing commercial construction company looking for an experienced and motivated Sales / Business Development Professional to help generate new projects and build long-term client relationships.

We are looking for someone who understands the construction industry and knows how to develop relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, architects, facility managers, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new commercial construction opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, developers, architects, and property managers
• Find and qualify new bid opportunities
• Make outbound calls, emails, and in-person introductions
• Get our company added to GC and vendor bid lists
• Follow up on proposals and active bids
• Attend networking events and client meetings
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships
• Coordinate with our estimating and project management teams
• Help develop a strong pipeline of upcoming projects
• Track leads, bids, follow-ups, and awarded projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction sales or business development experience preferred
• Existing relationships within the commercial construction industry are a major plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable generating new business
• Understanding of commercial construction and bidding
• Ability to develop relationships and turn leads into awarded projects
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time

Position: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary commission/bonus based on performance
