As the General Manager, some responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Developing, coaching, and motivating restaurant managers and team members
- Managing labor, food cost, and operational expenses to drive restaurant profitability
- Ensuring consistent execution of Huey Magoo’s brand standards and training programs
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Supporting local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- 3 – 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Experience managing restaurant financial performance including labor and food cost
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
