We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. This position plays a vital role in coordinating logistics, shipping, receiving, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our facility. This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday with 8 hr. shifts.

As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will:
Logistics & Shipping
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including:
- UPS, FedEx, similar carriers
- LTL carriers
- Full truckloads, LTL carriers, international containers
- Schedule shipments in coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator.
- Prepare shipping documentation including:
- Bills of Lading
- Packing Lists
- Shipping Labels
- International shipping paperwork
· Prepare small shipments (UPS/FedEx) and assist with sales samples.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across departments.
- Strong mathematical skills, including basic calculations, percentages, ratios, and interpreting graphs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
