General Manager - Multifamily Turns

Butler Plus has partnered with Hueman to find a full-time General Manager (Turns) in Orlando or Tampa, FL.

Butler Plus is launching a new Unit Turns service line, and we are hiring the General Manager, Turns who will stand up our Tampa and Orlando markets simultaneously from a single Central Florida base. This is a builder’s seat. You will own a full P&L, build the sub partner network that will deliver the majority of our volume, and convert an installed Butler Plus customer base into a recurring turns book — all without compromising the doorstep service relationship those clients already trust us to deliver. This is not a maintenance role and it is not a turnaround. It is a market launch, and the operating model you design here will become the playbook we replicate as we expand into additional markets through 2028.

Butler Plus is the sustainability expert and revolutionary doorstep valet trash service and recycling solution designed for multi-family apartment communities. We currently service over 250,000 units across 35 states in the country and have been voted one of the top amenities by residents and property managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stand up Tampa and Orlando turns operations simultaneously from a single Central Florida base
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the Central FL turn business - revenue, gross margin, sub partner cost, materials, labor, overhead, and contribution margin
• Personally source, vet, onboard, scorecard, and exit 1099 sub partner companies across both markets
• Personally know and be known by the top 5-10 property managers across both markets - no delegation of senior relationships
Operate field-first
• - spend majority of your week on properties, walking units, and inspecting completed turns

Job Requirements:

• Experience of launching or operating inside a multifamily services platform such as Multipro Property Solutions / Valet Living turns, HD Supply Renovation Services, or a regional turns specialty operator
• Background with a multifamily owner-operator services arm (Greystar, Camden, Bell Partners, Lincoln, Mill Creek, or comparable)
• Experience inside a PE-backed multifamily services roll-up in build or post-tuck-in integration phase
• Familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or comparable property management and work-order platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, Operations, or related field — or equivalent operational leadership experience
