What You’ll Do
- Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales goals
- Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every client
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Guide clients through furniture and design selections
- Create personalized spaces using Hudson’s extensive furniture and décor collections
- Conduct in-home visits when appropriate to better understand a client’s space and design needs
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales and design process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fellow team members
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends, and design concepts
- Provide an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through the completion of the project
