Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, part time Kennel Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess relevant experience in veterinary services or pet handling.
Two weekends are also a must for this role. Please do not apply if you are not able to work weekends.
Duties:
- Assist in the daily care of animals in the kennel facility
- Provide food, water, and exercise to animals
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal living areas
- Monitor animal behavior and report any health concerns to the veterinary team
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and feeding animals as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal shelter, or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques and basic care practices
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with pet owners
- Familiarity with dog training, pet grooming, or other related skills is a plus

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 27.0 per week
