What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Attendant position at Barrington Oaks Veterinary Hospital?
We are looking for a kennel attendant to join our team!
We are looking for someone who is available during the mornings (7am-10am) and evenings (4pm-7pm) as well as rotating weekends. In addition to being available on holidays.
Job duties include but are not limited to: Walking/feeding animals. Cleaning kennels of boarding pets and pets that have left for the day. Administering medications to any pet that may be boarding. Stocking supplies. Morning and nightly cleaning of the hospital (sweeping, moping, laundry, cleaning counters, etc.). The ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
We do require a background check and drug test prior to hire. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug use.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
