Job Summary:
We are seeking a Property Coordinator to support onsite daily operations at apartment communities in the South Hills and Pittsburgh, PA region. This full-time property management role reports to our office in Mt. Lebanon and requires regular travel to residential properties as needed.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve onsite property management issues in a hands-on, expeditious manner while adhering to established operating procedures and safety standards
- Manage resident communications via email and phone professionally, providing prompt, accurate information, clear follow-up, and full issue resolution to deliver excellent resident services/resident relations
- Oversee day-to-day resident management, including rent collection, lease renewals, unit inspections/walk-throughs, and maintenance requests in a timely, resident-focused manner
- Coordinate closely with the maintenance team to ensure all work orders and tickets are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards, keeping residents informed throughout
- Maintain and enhance property curb appeal by overseeing landscaping, cleaning, and overall appearance standards
- Prepare and distribute property and resident notices, communications, and updates clearly and professionally
- File and organize physical and electronic documents with strong attention to detail for compliance and efficient operations
- Utilize property management software to enter data, generate reports, track tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Perform additional administrative duties including vendor meetings, market research, special projects, and other asset management/property management tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills (required)
- Experience with property management software, CRM platforms, or similar systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio) strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete detailed work in a fast-paced environment
- Background in property management, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or customer service a plus
Pay: $22.00 per hour
