Overview
In this role, you'll manage conveyance files from start to finish, ensuring all inspections, property preservation work, and documentation meet HUD, investor, and internal requirements. You'll play a key part in reviewing work orders, monitoring timelines, and supporting the timely and accurate conveyance of properties.
What You'll Do
• Manage conveyance files, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met
• Issue and review work orders and bids for scope, quality, and compliance
• Track timelines to support timely conveyance and claims submission
• Review, approve, and submit work orders and invoices for payment
• Process field service invoices, including verification and coding
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by working directly with vendors
• Complete tasks in internal systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance
What We're Looking For
• Strong working experience in conveyance, property preservation, or mortgage/default servicing
• Familiarity with HUD or investor requirements preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working with invoices and financial data
• Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills
