Position Title: Temporary Receptionist
Reports To: Director of Special Projects
Status: Temporary, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, as assigned (covering leave of absence)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Hudson Partnership CMO is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and administrative support during a temporary staffing need. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while ensuring the front office operates efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and kitchen area.
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks.
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparations as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and notify the appropriate staff when replenishment is needed.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of agency and client information.
- Assign car reservations and perhaps assist in taking in vehicles for maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be comfortable with driving.
