Bilingual Korean/English Automotive BDC Representative
High-volume Honda dealership in West New York, NJ, is currently seeking a Sales BDC Representative. Must be professional, upbeat, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Korean and English. Automotive Sales BDC experience preferred but willing to consider the right individual.
Responsibilities Include:
- Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling a sales or service appointment
- Answer customers' questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customers' needs are met
- Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customers' needs were met and/or exceeded
- Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects
