What You'll Be Doing

As our Groundskeeper, you’ll be essential in keeping our communities clean, safe, and welcoming. Your daily work helps reflect HGPM’s commitment to process excellence and property pride.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve landscaping throughout all assigned communities
• Perform daily upkeep of interior/exterior common areas, including trash pickup, sweeping, and seasonal cleaning
• Remove weeds, prune bushes, and support snow removal (starting at 6 AM on weekdays as needed)
• Distribute resident communications when requested
• Assist with light maintenance, with the opportunity to train into a Maintenance Technician role

• Live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments (2173 S Eaton St. Denver, CO)
• REQUIRED: Have a valid driver’s license, a running vehicle, and on-going proof of insurance
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and take personal responsibility for your work
• Communicate respectfully, contribute positively to a collaborative team, and treat others with empathy
