What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the trusted liaison between our customers and service team by:

• Building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service experiences
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service needs
• Presenting maintenance recommendations and repair solutions
• Communicating with technicians to ensure efficient repair processes
• Providing timely updates and follow-up throughout the service visit
• Ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their service experience
• Consistently meeting performance and customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required
• Automotive service advising or automotive sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Ability to effectively guide customers through the service process
• Experience using CRM software and dealership technology platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and growth mindset
