Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service Experience Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to guide customers through the service process
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience Preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
