What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering quality workmanship and helping drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to Ford and dealership standards
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to identify repair needs
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate component and system performance
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
• Deliver efficient, high-quality work while maximizing productivity

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred

• Ford dealership experience
• Ford certifications
• Fleet service experience
• Manufacturer training and certifications
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience
