What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep customers safe on the road while building the foundation for a successful automotive career by:

• Performing oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Conducting multi-point and basic safety inspections
• Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Inspecting and replenishing vehicle fluids as needed
• Checking and adjusting tire pressure
• Completing repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Following Ford and dealership quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous Express Technician experience preferred
• Automotive education or technical training is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Desire to learn and build a long-term career in automotive service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
