Key Responsibilities:
- Support market pricing, salary structure maintenance, and compensation analyses
- Assist with incentive plan administration, reporting, and compensation process controls
- Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards
- Conduct pay equity and compensation-related analyses to support fair and competitive pay practices
- Partner with HR and Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and salary recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate compensation processes and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education or experience (required)
- Experience supporting compensation programs, analytics, reporting, or related business processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation / configurations
- Experience with HRIS systems, compensation tools, or reporting platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
