**Job Title: Aesthetic Sales & Business Development Coordinator — Hudson Aesthetics MD

About Us

Hudson Aesthetics MD is a growing boutique medical aesthetics practice in Cortland Manor NY, operating under the direction of a physician medical director. We are in an early and exciting stage of growth and we are looking for a driven self starter to help us build our patient base and drive revenue. This is a ground floor opportunity for someone who thrives on building something real.

This role requires a genuine interest in and understanding of the aesthetics, beauty and wellness industry. A background in this space is required. Esthetician license is recommended but not required.

Job Requirements

• Drive new business through aggressive lead generation, local outreach and community relationship building
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into booked appointments
• Excel at presenting and closing treatment packages and membership sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive long term patient retention
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Coordinate with vendors and manage product inventory
• Concept and execute promotional events that drive new patient growth & Sales Revenue

Who the Right Person Is

Has a proven background in sales within the aesthetics, beauty or wellness industry

• Vivacious, charismatic and a natural people person
• Understands the psychology of building relationships and closing sales
• Carries themselves with polish and professionalism at all times
• Is comfortable and knowledgeable in a medical or wellness practice environment
• Is self directed and thrives working independently on projects but also a team player
• Is motivated by results and excited by earning based on performance

Pay Structure

$25 per hour with performance incentives including:

• Package sales commission
• Membership sales bonus
• Google review incentive
• Retail product sales commission
• Quarterly practice growth bonus

Moderate performers can reach $5,000/month.

Strong performers can earn $7,500 and beyond. Full details shared at interview.

Schedule

• In office Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Saturday mornings ( 2-3X mos)
• Monday and/or Tuesday remote hours — optional, up to 8hrs
