Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring that our team, systems, and patient experience meet the highest standards. This role partners closely with the CEO, Clinical Director, and departmental leads to optimize workflows, elevate team performance, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership to front desk, concierge, and operational support teams
- Oversee patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and daily operational performance
- Implement and refine processes that enhance productivity and consistency
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and support practice growth
- Use data-driven insights to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote a positive, professional, and patient-centered culture

- Experienced leader with strong operational or practice management background (medical, dental, or aesthetic preferred)
