Location: Hancock, Michigan 49930

Pay: $45-$65/hr 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Obstetrics (OB) Director, Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership and clinical oversight for Labor and Delivery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery nursing, a commitment to quality patient care, and the ability to support and lead a healthcare team in providing safe, compassionate maternal and newborn care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Labor and Delivery services.

• Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care for mothers and newborns.

• Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Previous Labor and Delivery nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Four years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

• Two years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.

• Relevant certifications:

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

  • AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN-EFM).

  • AWHONN Perinatal Orientation and Education Program (AWHONN-POEP).

  • STABLE Program certification.
