Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to provide in-person interpretation services at a federal office building in Washington, DC.
The interpreter will provide ASL interpretation services and voice brief responses on the employee’s behalf when needed to ensure effective communication.
Schedule
Bi-weekly engagement on the following Wednesdays:
-March 11th
-March 25th
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional ASL interpretation services
Voice short responses on behalf of the employee, as needed
Qualifications
Demonstrated ASL interpreting experience
Professional demeanor and reliability
Strong communication skills
