Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to provide in-person interpretation services at a federal office building in Washington, DC.

The interpreter will provide ASL interpretation services and voice brief responses on the employee’s behalf when needed to ensure effective communication.

Schedule

Bi-weekly engagement on the following Wednesdays:

-March 11th

-March 25th

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional ASL interpretation services

• Voice short responses on behalf of the employee, as needed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ASL interpreting experience

• Professional demeanor and reliability

• Strong communication skills
