β What Youβll Do
- Develop and lead Hubot's HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and implement HRIS and modern HR processes
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Champion employee relations, engagement, and development programs
- Partner with executives on workforce planning and compensation
π‘Who You Are
- 8β10 years of HR experience, including 5 in management.
- Experienced in pharma manufacturing or a CDMO environment (hourly & salaried team)
- Skilled in designing HR systems, policies, and structures from the ground up (zero-to-one HRIS)
- Entrepreneurial mindset β decisive, data-driven, and innovative.
- Strong communication, coaching, and change management skills.
