Hubot, Inc. (formerly Tri-Pac) is seeking a Senior (Technical) Recruiter based at our South Bend manufacturing campus to lead full-cycle recruiting for Quality, Operations, Engineering, R&D, Corporate, and Leadership roles.

What Youβll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and leadership roles across the business
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, competencies, timelines, and interview plans
- Build proactive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain
- Execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Lead employer branding efforts through narrative building, digital engagement, and outbound campaigns
- Build structured processes, scorecards, and interview frameworks to improve hiring speed and quality
- Use data and funnel reporting to improve hiring velocity and conversion rates
- Collaborate with India-based recruiting support for global alignment
- Deliver a smooth, respectful, and transparent candidate experience
Who You Are (Talent-First, Quality-Minded)
Required:
- 5β7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2β3 years recruiting specifically in Pharma, CDMO, Biotech, Laboratory, or regulated Manufacturing environments
- Experience filling roles such as:
- Quality (QA, QC, Document Control, Validation)
- Engineering (Process, Packaging, Industrial, Maintenance)
- Manufacturing & Operations
- R&D / Formulation
- Regulatory, Supply Chain, EH&S
- Strong Preference For Recruiters From Major Search Firms: Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds, Heidrick & Struggles, Robert Walters, etc.

- Disciplined, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions with precision
- Fast-moving, resourceful, and comfortable recruiting in a high-growth manufacturing environment
