Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team in Dunlap, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various welding techniques and materials, ensuring high-quality and precise welds in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding methods as required.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structure to ensure quality and durability.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Identify and report any defects or issues in materials or welds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to work with various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in welding.
