Position Overview – Cross-Functional Production Associate
We’re hiring a Cross-Functional Production Associate to support all four of our core production departments:
- Riveting – assembly of backing components from raw materials
- Molding – polyurethane molding and production
- Secondary – post-molding processing (including creating vacuum patterns)
- Labeling & Packaging – finishing and preparing products for shipment
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll rotate between departments based on daily production needs.
Each day will look different and you’ll gain exposure to each step of our process, from raw material to finished product.
What You’ll Do
- Work across all four departments depending on production needs
- Learn and support polyurethane molding operations
- Assist with riveting and assembly of backing components
- Support secondary processing, including precision post-molding work
- Help with labeling, packaging, and final product preparation
- Maintain quality standards across all stages of production
- Help keep workflow moving efficiently between departments
- Step in where needed to support high-priority areas or bottlenecks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time (40 hours/week optional overtime)
- $18–$19.50/hour based on fit
Physical Requirements
- Standing and moving throughout the shift

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (rare)
