- Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions
- Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy
- Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards
- Complete required documentation, including production and quality check forms
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure components are assembled to exact specifications
- Comfort using hand tools and basic power tools for assembly tasks
- Skill in performing quality checks and completing required documentation
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts and components
- A proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
