A Day In The Life
- Assemble parts and components following work instructions and supervision
- Perform basic assembly tasks using hand and power tools
- Inspect own work for basic quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work area (6S/Lean practices)
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Move materials within the work area as needed
- Support team production goals and daily output requirements
- Requires direct supervision and coaching
- Developing consistency in safety, quality, and productivity
- Demonstrates willingness to learn and follow direction
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods (full shift)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
