Job Overview
Looking to hire reliable, detail oriented people to join our busy Knife Sharpening shop in Walpole, MA. Part-time and full-time availability. 20-40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Grind and sharpen knives and other cutlery using our specialized machines
- Ensure high quality results throughout the process
- Other shop duties or specialty work that may arise
- Operate and maintain your machine throughout your shift (mechanical knowledge is a plus but not necessary)
Requirements
-Must have reliable transportation
-Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
-Ability to operate safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail with capability of taking direction
-General reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
-Must be able to work in a team environment
-Shifts are 7am-12p and 12p-5p Monday-Friday No weekends or nights
Some flexibility with start and end times for the right candidate
No experience necessary. We will provide all training
Weekly Pay
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
