We are World Metal Stamping! Currently we have 25 to 400 ton press capabilities and can produce parts via stamping, fabrication, powder coat, and resistance welding within markets including home improvement, automotive, residential, and recreational industries.

What does a day in the life of a Maintenance Technician look like?
Position Summary: A maintenance technician is to perform both routine and complex range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. Execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks;
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions;
- Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery;
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment;
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and accurate data entry of tasks using internal PM Software;
- Complete tasks utilizing skills within troubleshooting, fabrication, rigging and welding;
- Increase productivity by utilizing continuous improvement tools and mindset;
- Keep and maintain accurate maintenance records;
- Perform and follow Purchasing Procedures, if applicable;
- Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS procedures;
- Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment;
- Comply with company handbooks and policies;
- All other duties as assigned.
