What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales.
- Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (sales and invoicing).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain high quote-to-order conversion rates.
- Deliver 98% order accuracy with minimal errors.
- Achieve high customer retention and satisfaction levels.
Compensation & Benefits 💰 Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 base performance incentives/bonus
