What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related engineering discipline).
- PE License required
- 10–15 years of project management experience in industrial or process environments.
- Broad technical knowledge across multiple disciplines (process, mechanical, structural, electrical).
- Experience in owner/operator settings or EPC firms preferred.
- Ability to travel 15-30% of the time, including occasional international trips.
- Strong leadership skills – decisive, direct, and comfortable managing client-facing conflict.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven track record in project delivery.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Project Management & Leadership
