Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) – Part-Time / Director of Record

HTH Services LLC is seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to serve as Director of Record for a small residential assisted living home located in Rochester, Minnesota.

This is a part-time or shared position ideal for an experienced director who is open to a flexible schedule while providing oversight, compliance support, and leadership guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) / Director of Record
• Provide oversight of regulatory compliance in accordance with Minnesota assisted living regulations
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and operational structure
• Support staff training, guidance, and quality assurance
• Maintain ongoing communication with ownership regarding operations and compliance
• Conduct periodic on-site visits and be available for consultation as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in Minnesota
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota assisted living regulations
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a part-time or consulting capacity

Position Details:

• Part-time / contract / shared role
• Flexible schedule (approx. 10–15 hours per week)
• Competitive monthly compensation based on experience
